Refund policy

By using GlowCool™ return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our return, exchange, and refund procedures for customers within the USA.

30 day returns policy

GlowCool™ offers a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, please initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for the return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in unused, new condition,
  • Include original tags, &
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts that are not due to our error are ineligible for return.

Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Procedure for returns

To initiate a return, contact us at support@glowcool.shop .We will send you a return form and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can customers return your products?

Customers who wish to return their products can send them by post. Returns in stores or kiosks are not possible.

Damages and problems:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

How do customers receive the return label?

  • For returns (including right of withdrawal): Please contact us so that we can send you the return form by email. All you have to do is download and print the label. Please note that the shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • For defective products: Please contact us so that we can send you the label by e-mail. You only need to download and print the label.

In what condition will you receive the product back?

We accept the return of unused products in their original condition and in their original packaging.

What is the restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee.

How much do customers have to pay for the return shipment?

For defective products, we will cover these costs for you. However, if you return for other reasons, e.g. due to a withdrawal, you must pay the actual return costs.

Delayed or missing refunds:

Check your bank account again if you have not received a refund.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@glowcool.shop 

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refund Policy

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

We cannot refund shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
