1. Where is my parcel?
The total delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days, including 1–3 business days for order processing and 5–7 business days for shipping.
Orders placed before 00:00 PST on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.
Note: Public holidays may affect delivery times.
2. What should I do if 10 business days have passed and I still haven’t received my package?
Use your tracking code to check the status on our Track My Order page.
Wait an additional 5 days, as delays can occur due to customs or local delivery disruptions.
If 15 business days have passed, contact us and we’ll resolve the issue together.
3. Where can I find my tracking code?
You’ll receive your tracking code via email within 1–3 business days after your order has shipped.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk mail folder.
If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll assist you.
4. How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. Enter it on our Track My Order page to see the current delivery status.
5. I’m not satisfied with my package. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us right away. Send a detailed message along with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. How do I start a return?
